The Honorable Patricia M. Loui is an international business and economic development executive in both the private and public sectors. She is currently Chair and CEO of Omnitrak Group Inc., a strategic marketing, research and planning consultancy she founded 30 years ago. She had also served as a full-time member on the board of directors of the Export-Import Bank of the U.S. (EXIM) following a nomination by former President Barack Obama. Prior to Omnitrak Group Inc., Loui served as chief marketing officer at Bank of Hawaii, a regional bank ranked among the top performing in the U.S. and worked for the United Nations Development Program and UNESCO.
