The French pavilion at the Dubai Expo 2020 is an iconic structure incorporating Solar PV on its roof and South Façade to provide an aesthetically pleasing green building. The solar PV system enables the roof and south façade of the building to generate solar electricity, which contributes to the electricity requirements of the building. The solar system is setup to be a grid-connected solution in line with the DEWA SHAMS programme and DEWA DRRG regulations.
