This is the first grid connected Solar Park in Karnataka for Open access consumers. It means industries can directly source energy from the plant and pay only per unit of power at a discount, compared to the grid tariff. This enables Corporates to source Solar Power without any restrictions of roof size and with zero investment. This helps them to make a big dent in their carbon footprint and also saves anywhere from 15-20% on their energy costs.

This park was modelled around the concept of Private Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between the Investor and the Off Taker (Consumer). It gives the freedom to the industries to consume and offset renewable energy generated during the day against their electricity bills. This park enables our clients to adapt clean, green and renewable energy by providing them energy that is risk free, capex free and cheaper than the grid.

The plant is designed with dual bays and a standby transformer, which in the case of a fault allows the park to generate at 60% capacity, thereby maintaining better redundancy.
