Status: Commissioned in 2015
The complete 20 MWp Solar PV Project was installed with single axis trackers. These high-quality trackers were based on 100% frictionless pivots, no bearings, no bushes, no lubrication and no maintenance. The plant gave 18-20% more energy generation than a normal fixed tilt solar plant. The primary reason to utilize a tracker was that it gave the client a significant improvement in IRR, with a payback period of less than 4 years.
